• sending e-mail to anyone who is not a friend -- please, don't spam. We contact the recipient of the winning e-mail entry to verify this. If s/he's not a friend, you don't win.
• sending e-mail to yourself, even if it's to a different e-mail address.
• sending more than one e-mail to the same friend, even if it's to two different e-mail addresses of that friend.
• sending e-mail to more than 10 friends per drawing, even if you send from a different e-mail address (yes, we can tell).
• sending to fictitious accounts.
• any strategy other than simply telling a friend about Site Build It! -- after all, that's what this is all about. :-)

Here's the bottom line... This is a nice way to do a friend a favor. We're not even involved in your letter -- it's from you to your friend. If anyone corrupts the basic idea of doing a friend a favor to gain an unfair advantage, we'll catch it and eliminate the winning ticket -- then we'll do another drawing to find a fair winner. 2. Monthly drawing -- We hold the draw on the first day of each month. Our computer selects the winner randomly (it's the poor thing's only fun in life).

The winner will be notified by e-mail after we review winning entries for fairness. If the e-mail bounces or if a winner does not reply within 7 days of notification, that winner will be disqualified and a new drawing will be held to replace that person. So please, double-check all e-mail addresses for typos. If you make an error with yours, we won't be able to tell you that you won! If you make an error with your friend's address, we'll have to disqualify you (we'll draw again for a new winner).

3. Prizes -- This is a non-cash prize -- it may be transferred, but it may not be redeemed for cash.
 
4. Our e-mail privacy policy...

A. Since you are a contestant, we will e-mail you once ONLY to notify you regarding Sweepstakes results. We will never use your e-mail address again. If you subscribe to the Sweeps Winner Alert (by leaving the box in STEP 3 checked) we will use that address only to send you those notices.

B. We will NEVER contact your friends. Remember, the e-mail to your friend is really a letter from you to your friend -- we are not involved in this at all. Your friend will never, ever hear from us. Note: If you win, and only if you win, we will e-mail your friends to verify that they are really friends.

C. We keep all e-mail addresses in our database only to verify the validity of the winning entry. We will never make any other use of this list.

5. Bad stuff There are some nasty people out there, so we record the IP address (yours is 38.107.191.95) and time of each entry (the time is Sun Nov 08 12:23:29 2009 EST). If you abuse this, we will send the IP and time to your ISP. If you send to anyone who is not a friend, that is spam -- we will report this to your ISP, too. If you are not a spammer or abuser, this rule has nothing to do with you. :-)
 
6. Miscellaneous Stuff This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Quebec or any other territory where it is not allowed by law. SiteSell's employees and contractors are not eligible. You must be of the age of majority in the territory where you reside. If a Canadian resident wins, s/he will be required to answer a skill-testing question. You do not have to buy anything to enter. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada. All taxes or fees on winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.
