Do you know what the "Ah-Ha!" Moment is?

It's that magical moment when the visitor to your site "gets
it?" Think about this...

How many sites have you visited where you...

1) arrive interested (PREsold by an article, say)

2) anxiously read the site

3) don't QUITE get it

4) bookmark it "for later"

5) "later" never comes.

What was missing?

The "Ah-ha" moment.  That special micro-second where you
suddenly "got it" and knew you needed that product.

A good site MUST achieve that moment.  But, if your site 
has many different KINDS of customers, it may be hard to
