Whitelisting Steps to Ensure You Receive Solo Build It! Emails

Whitelisting is a quick, once-only task that ensures that you will always receive Solo Build It! emails to your inbox.

Below are instructions for the most popular email software, apps and Webmail services.

Web-based Clients Desktop Clients Mobile Device Clients

Note: All email from SiteSell comes from @sitesell.com. All email from SBI! Support, after you submit a ticket, comes from @sitesell-support.com. All email from SiteSell Professionals comes from @sitesellpros.com. Be sure to whitelist all three domain names.

Web-based Email Clients

Gmail

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Click on Settings, then See All Settings.

  2. In Settings, click on Filters and Blocked Addresses. Click on Create a new filter. You may have to scroll down to see it if you already have some filters.

  3. In the overlay, copy and paste sitesell.com into the From field. In the bottom right corner of the overlay, click on Create filter.

  4. When the overlay refreshes, add a check to Never send it to Spam. If you want all SiteSell emails to go into a folder, add a check to Categorize as: and then select a folder (it must already exist).

  5. Click on the Create Filter button to save the filter.

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Click on More Settings.

  2. In Settings, click on Filters in the left column. Click on Add new filters.

  3. On the right, type SiteSell into the Filter Name field. Select ends with. Copy and paste sitesell.com into the Type a filter value field.

  4. All email will land in your Inbox. If you want it to go to a new folder, type a folder name into the Folder Name field to create one.

  5. Click Save to finish.

Repeat the above process for SBI! Support, pasting in sitesell-support.com and saving that new filter. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.


Outlook.com/Hotmail

  1. In Outlook.com, click on the gear icon to the left of your profile image. Select Options from the menu.

  2. In the navigation on the left, click on Mail > Inbox and sweep rules.

  3. On the Rules page, click on the + icon at the top of the box. A pop-up will appear.

  4. In the From box, enter sitesell.com. For the action, send the emails to the Inbox.

  5. Save the new rule.

Repeat the above process for SBI! Support, pasting in sitesell-support.com and saving that new rule. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.


AOL Mail

Unfortunately, AOL doesn't provide a way to whitelist a domain name, only a full email address. After you receive an email...

  1. Click Contacts in the menu on the left.

  2. Click the New Contact icon.

  3. Enter [[email protected]] and additional information if you wish.

  4. Click the Add Contact button to finish.

Repeat the above process for SBI! Support, pasting in [[email protected]] and saving that new filter. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.


Comcast

  1. In XFINITY Connect, click the gear icon at the far right of the navigation bar. Click on Settings.

  2. Select Filter Rules, then click on the Add new rule button.

  3. In Rule name, type in SiteSell. Click on Add condition.

  4. Click on Sender/from. Copy and paste sitesell.com.

  5. Click on Add action. Click on Keep, or click on Move to folder, then enter a folder name.

  6. Click Save to finish.

Repeat the above process for SBI! Support, pasting in sitesell-support.com and saving that new filter. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.


  1. Click the Address Book button in the blue Web Mail bar at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the Manage Domains button at the top of the page. The list of allowed domains will open.

  3. Click the Add button.

  4. Type sitesell.com in the text field.

  5. Click Allow This Company (Domain).

Apple iCloud (@icloud.com, @me.com, @mac.com)

  1. In iCloud.com Mail, click on the gear icon at the bottom. Select Rules.

  2. Create a new rule for SiteSell. In the first menu, select ends with. Type in sitesell.com.

  3. In the menu at the bottom, select Inbox (or another folder).

  4. Click on Done to save the new rule.

Repeat the above process for SBI! Support, pasting in sitesell-support.com and saving that new filter. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.


NetZero

Unfortunately, NetZero doesn't provide a way to whitelist a domain name, only a full email address. After you receive an email...

  1. Click the Address Book tab on the top menu bar.

  2. Click Contacts.

  3. Click Add Contact.

  4. Enter [[email protected]] and additional information if you wish.

  5. Click Save to finish.

Repeat the above process for SBI! Support, pasting in [[email protected]] and saving that new filter. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.

Desktop Email Clients

Outlook 2007

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click Mail.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Rules and Alerts. Click New Rule.

  3. Under Start from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive, then click Next.

  4. Under Select condition(s), select From.

  5. Under Edit the rule description, select Ends with, and enter sitesell.com. Then click Next.

  6. Under Select action(s), select Move to.

  7. Under Edit the rule description, select Inbox. Then click Next.

  8. To finish creating the rule, enter a name for the rule.

  9. Click on Finish to save the rule.

Outlook 2010

  1. Click the File tab, then click Rules and Alerts. Click on the E-Mail Rules tab, then on New Rule.

  2. Under Start from a blank rule, select Check messages when they arrive, then click Next.

  3. Under Select condition(s), select From.

  4. Under Edit the rule description, select Ends with, and enter sitesell.com. Then click Next.

  5. Under Select action(s), select Move to.

  6. Under Edit the rule description, select Inbox. Then click Next.

  7. Under Specify a name for this rule, enter a name for the rule.

  8. Click on Finish to save the rule.

Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016

  1. Click the File tab, then click Manage Rules & Alerts. In the Rules and Alerts box, on the E-mail Rules tab, choose New Rule.

  2. Under Start from a blank rule, select Apply rule on message I receive, then click Next.

  3. Under Select condition(s), select From.

  4. Under Edit the rule description, select Ends with, and enter sitesell.com. Then click Next.

  5. Under Select action(s), select Move to.

  6. Under Edit the rule description, select Inbox. Then click Next.

  7. Under Specify a name for this rule, enter a name for the rule.

  8. Click on Finish to save the rule.

Apple Mail

  1. Click Mail in the top left, then Preferences.

  2. Click on Rules. Click on Add Rule.

  3. Give the rule a Description. In the From line, select ends with.

  4. Enter sitesell.com.

  5. Repeat by clicking the + button on the From line. Enter sitesell-support.com. Repeat again for sitesellpros.com.

  6. Select Move Message then select Inbox.

  7. Click OK to save the new rule.


Mozilla Thunderbird for PC

  1. Click the Application menu, then click Message Filters.

  2. Click New. The Filter Rules dialog will open.

  3. In Filter Name, type in SiteSell. For Apply Filter When, add a check to Getting New Mail. Then select Filter before Junk Classification.

  4. Ensure Match any of the following is selected. Then select From in the first menu, then ends with in the second menu. Type in sitesell.com.

  5. Click on the + button to the right of "sitesell.com" and repeat, typing in sitesell-support.com.

  6. Select Move Message to and then Inbox, if your version of Thunderbird does not have a Not Spam option.

  7. Click OK to finish.

Mozilla Thunderbird for Mac

  1. Click the Application menu, then click Message Filters.

  2. Click New. The Filter Rules dialog will open.

Note: For mobile devices, there is no way to whitelist a domain name. The only option is to add individual email addresses to your contact list.

iOS Devices — iPhone, iPad

  1. On any message, tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact.


Android Devices

  1. In the default email client, touch the picture of the sender.

  2. Click OK to add to contacts.
